This is like, REALLY good. Seriously. Did you do all the poses and expressions yourself?
The animation is so fluent and you have such excellent follow through and squash and stretch skills (well even if it IS just a little. :D)
I had fun going thru it frame by frame. :D It's really fun to watch!

Holy fudge, that's incredible! The movement is so fluid and exaggerated. It suits the kinetic Lupin-style really well :) My favorite bit is where he does a double-take and snatches the paper out of midair!
