Being one of the poor people discussed in ABOUT ABOUT DIGITAL COMICS, I'm not even using Flash or anything fancy to do it, just good ol' HTML, loading all panels into a single page with each panel at a different HTML "name" tag. I've toyed with the idea of panels that are animated GIFs, but I see you've beaten me to that idea too ...
